• Request an activation key to create a Parent Portal account;
• Reset your password or retrieve your username.
• Ask for extra assistance.

After-School Care

We are excited to team with the YMCA to provide our families with an on-site after-school program at Brenda Cowan Elementary. We welcome the YMCA to our school and look forward to the opportunities they will provide our students through recreational activities and continued arts education.

In addition, the YMCA will provide snow-day services and summer programs at BCE. We will share details as our program develops.

Volunteers

Anyone interested in volunteering at school must register with FCPS and agree to a criminal background check.

Parking

Parking for visitors is available in the front and side parking lot of the building.
